Update on pending changes
So you may have already seen the news, but Vodafone 360 is what we have been working on over the past months. Vodafone 360 brings your world together like never before. A single address book for all your contacts from your phone, Facebook, Windows Live and Google. One place to get status updates and stay in touch with your friends. And a wide range of Apps, Games and Music for you to enjoy. All in one experience, accessible from your phone, PC and Mac.
Vodafone 360 will be available in late October, you can see more details here: http://www.vodafone360.com/
Thanks,
The ZYB Team

Looks very promising. As long as it’s open to everyone (not just Vodafone customers). Why isn’t Nokia E71 in the supported devices list when E51 and E66 are both supported? I have an E71..

Hi,
It says here that Vodafone 360 is replacing ZYB, so ZYB is now closed for new accounts. But Vodafone 360 is also closed, and “we will let you know when it is in your country” - is the message.
Why close down ZYB, if Vodafone 360 is not ready yet?
Regards Ruben - Denmark

Is this promising? I am not a client of Vodafone, will I still be able to use the service on my iPhone? I have been using zyb for many years - solely for the ability to sync contacts - which I have been very happy about. But now I am worried. Should I be?

And add to that. Now the native iPhone app does not work, it simply closes itself down. Yesterday it worked fine. Is this jsut temporary? (no network problems where I am…)
October 25th, 2009 at 1:09 pm
hey.
i got a HTC hero yesterday. i can’t register in zyb, its takes me to vodafone 360. what do i do?
October 28th, 2009 at 5:34 am
Hi all,
@Niels, we do not yet have an app for Android
@Martin, Ruben, that’s correct. ZYB is not yet closed, however we have stopped registrations as Vodafone360 will be opening very soon. Existing ZYB users can access their accounts as usual.
@PA Stockholm, no need to worry, Vodafone360 won’t just be for Vodafone users. Regarding the iPhone application, have you recently updated your OS?
@Magnus, Registration on Vodafone360 will be opening very soon, however there wont be an application for the Hero immediately
thanks, Adam

Hi again,
Regarding the iPhone zyb-app. No changes of the OS. It’s the latest iPhone 3Gs. I have also “reinstalled” the iPhone app, ie removed it and downloaded it again. No jailbreaking or other funny stuff. The app now simply closes after SignIn. It asks if you want to sync now, and it starts. It reaches “initiating slow sync” but then just drops.
Glad to hear the other answer, that we non-voda customers will be able to continue using zyb. Thanks.

hi I forgot my password but zyb doesnt send me a mail to remember it. and will my blackberry still work with 360 ? please help thanks

How do existing ZYB customers get to their migrated data on Vodafone360 ?.
ZYB is being too unclear about this, we are talking about peoples private contacts, so this is important !.
October 29th, 2009 at 11:51 pm
Hi all,
PA, I’ll get someone to investigate and email you
Scott, can you send me your username?
Ole, all ZYB users will be migrated in the near future. We will be moving your account over to 360, and until then, you can continue syncing with ZYB. We have actually reserved all ZYB usernames on 360, and closer to the date, we will be mailing you with details.
Thanks, Adam

November 4th, 2009 at 1:26 am
Hi, I’ve the same problem as PA. I’ve recently upgraded my iPhone to software version 3.2.1, could this be the problem?
Thanks,
S

Hi again,
Zishaan, you shouldn’t be seeing that (unless you visited when we were doing maintenance).
PA, Simon, I also have 3.2.1 and was able to install and sync without an issue.
Can you both email me (adam AT zybmail DOT com) with your usernames please?
Thanks, Adam

Hello again

November 24th, 2009 at 8:45 pm
I see the same one on Vodafone360 registration page like in Zyb: I can’t see Belarus in the list of the countries.
Also our accounts from Zyb not migrated to Vodafone360.
